I think the airlines you mentioned are not really low cost airlines i.e. companies that provide really cheap tickets (at least cheap compared to the other bigger companies like the ones you mentioned)
btw, I don`t think there exists a low cost airline that connects the US and Europe. most of those companies, if not all, fly within Europe.

From 24.03.2005 onwards Ryanair will be flying from London (Stansted) to Brno and the other way around. hopefully, in future some other connnections to Brno will be added.

Problem is that the public transport connections in Brno are not that good as in Prague. Therefore, it might be handier to take a plane to Prague
