Hello, everybody! :)

I am a biologist from Transylvania, and I would like to make a database suitable for the whole Europe. For this, I need a list of all Czech (and Slovakian) localities (not only municipalities, but small villages as well...), grouped on regions/districts. As I do not understand Czech language, I really would be glad if somebody could help me with this, because on the Internet everything is written in Czech :)...
