Ordering via internet
Can anyone solve my problem:
A month ago I ordered a Czech language course from a Prague bookshop on their (Czech language) internet site. I struggled with enough Czech to order and pay by VISA. The charge came on my VISA statement but the course has not arrived in the post. Subsequent emails to the bookshop "where is my book?" brought no response. The bookshop appears to be a legitimate business but I'm mystified by the lack of response.  Have I been conned? Is there some subtle part of the purchasing procedure I have missed?

kosmas.cz was where I placed the order.
My subsequent emails were to info@kosmas.cz and kosmas@kosmas.cz.

The problem is that they are sending the parcel via Czech Post Office, so Kosmas propably shipped it in two days, but delivering the parcel to New Zealand could take some time (but not month I think). The lack of response is strange, I ussually get answer from internet shops in a day.
Anyway you can check the state of your order on they webpage (providing you are a registered user - I think you are otherwise you couldn't have ordered the book )I hope the problem will be solved soon

Thanks for your comments.
I have received a reply (maybe as a result of my message in this forum?) and it says that the book will be despatched on Monday. If the postman is on time I may be able to confirm receipt in a week or so.
